DISCLAIMER:

Please make sure that you have a Completed and Signed Credit Card Authorization Form from the Borrower/s on file prior to placing Appraisal Order.

If your borrower tries to dispute the credit card charges with their credit card company, we will require that you submit the Completed and Signed Credit Card Authorization Form to us upon request. Failure to do so will result in the appraisal fee getting billed directly to the loan originator. By using our ordering system, you are agreeing to this policy. Appraisal fee is populated at the base price for the form selected. For Rush Orders please include "Add $100 Rush Fee" in the Notes section - A $100 fee will be charged to your Credit Card IN ADDITION to the base fee showed in the order. Appraisers will prioritize the order however we do not guarantee specific turntimes and as always appraiser's turntime does not include our review process.

All fees are subject to change (common reasons for fee increases include high value properties, certain areas appraisers may charge more etc)

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Orders cancelled prior to inspection will receive a full refund in most cases.
  • Orders cancelled after inspection will be issued a refund of 50%.
  • Please allow 7 to 9 business days for refunds to be processed.
  • All appraisals received by Pacific Appraisal, are non-refundable, regardless of the opinion of value or completion of the loan process.
